The driving course is divided into two phases.  The classroom phase, which consist of 32 hours of in class instruction.  There are 16  two hour sessions spread over four weeks.  After the classroom phase is completed the in car phase will begin.  Each student is required to complete 7 hours behind the wheel and 7 hours observaton time for a total of 14 hours of in car instruction.

Students will take the DPS written exam on the third day of class, upon passing the exam the students that are 15 yrs old or older will then be able to go to the DPS office and get their learners permit.

If you need to cancel a class or transfer to a future class please contact  by phone, email or text at least 48 hours in advance.  There may be an administrative fee of $50  if you do not give proper notice of cancellation before a class begins.  The deposit is also transferable to another class if necessary, but proper notice still must be given to avoid administrative fee.
